As you might imagine, a church that “thinks”, “cares” and “does” never lacks for opportunities for individuals to volunteer their time, energy and skills.  Below is a regularly updated list of areas of volunteer opportunities with links that make it easy for you to get connected with the appropriate ministry team.

We believe a local church works best when “every member is doing its part well”.  To that end we hope you will visit this page of our website regularly and prayerfully discern those ongoing ministries and calendar year ministry events that God would have you to serve.  Remember, The Well realizes that some people may come into our church not through Sunday services or weekly LIFEGroups but through service opportunities.  So, if you have local friends and family that you think may be interested serving in say, one of our community events for example, please let them know about it.  For the most part, unless it is a leadership or teaching position just about anyone can seek to serve on any team.
